    Moving here from another state was quite overwhelming but the team here at The Flats made sure it was as smooth as possible. On move in day, they were ready to show me around the community since I'd leased sight-unseen. They walked me thru how to retrieve my packages, how to pay online, and even told me about some of the local restaurants and things to do in the area. Everyone in the office went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, and communicated with me consistently! They are all so ...

Once our locator sent us to The Flats at Alta Leftbank, We knew this was the home for us. The area is so convention the homes are beautiful, and the staff is amazing!

    So far I love everything about living here! The apartment home has beautiful finishes, and I have such a nice view of the courtyard area. The lit-up trees and the lights from the FW skyline make for such a relaxing evening on my balcony. I love that I'm able to walk to the grocery store, the nail salon, and Trinity Trails. Happy to call this place home!

    The location is great! It’s located off West 7th street and next to Downtown Ft. Worth. The community is beautiful and sits along the Trinity Trails. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone. Great fitness areas (2), courtyard and pool as well with grills and a fire pit. Luxury interiors with great pricing for living in the heart of the City.
