Lived here sometime now. Have to mind my own business, neighbors are a hello, goodbye kind of people. Washing machines rarely work. Some few months back, waited forever to use a machine in my building only to finally get and lose my money. That sucked! Bout a week and a half later ,taking out the trash only to see a resident with the key to the machines using them for free! Some months back in the next building, a resident licked another apartment door open and aimed his pistol at the people ...
inside, over a parking spot. He got locked up! Few weeks afterwards, a young kid was out front with an assault rifle, had something to do with him being chased home. All in all, can't afford better so I'm here. Just mind my own business, lock my doors and keep quiet. The homeless go from car to car finding unlocked cars to rob.

worst place ever

It was truly the worst place I've ever rented on. The rent is definitely too high for what you are actually getting. The place is old and smells horrible, I even saw a mouse coming out from my neighbor's apartment and had to buy a million mouse traps because I was worried about infestation. All the appliances are super old and I suspect that's why my electricity bill came so high every month when I have been with the same company and always spend very little why keeping the same energy saving ...
habits. Also, everything kept breaking down and maintenance NEVER fixed it. Also, I have my suspicion that the maintenance lady is the one that stole some clothes, it has to be her since no one else had my keys and sometimes she came to my apartment unannounced.

Where should I start. They lure you in and treat you nice for a month or two. Had a water leak, broken shower knob, leaking toilet, and leaking sink for 3 months. Told them every 3 days I had a bad water leak and other problems. Kept on them asking for them to fix it and nobody came. There's mold, roaches, other bugs, loud neighbors,and nobody does anything. Also has massive porholes in the parking lot. Never will consider this place for renting again.
