Great Value
May 23, 2020We have lived at these apartments for two years and we are sad to be moving out. The rental market is really expensive right now but I feel like Alta Pines is great value for the money. There are a couple of extra fees to rent, but it's small in comparison to other complexes. Apartments look good and have in-unit washer/dryer. Management is friendly and they care about their jobs and residents. Maintenance requests are usually filled quickly and the maintenance team is very friendly as well. The ...community is safe and quiet. Parking lot gets plowed quickly in the winter--usually before I leave for work. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Water, Trash Removal, Sewer NOT INCLUDED
April 5, 2018This is one of the many additional fees they'll start adding in. Water, Trash Removal, Sewer, camera fee, parking fee, common electric fee, common water usage fee etc etc etc. There are no amenities except coin operated washing machines and the option to rent a storage unit, which I'll admit is handy. But beware the fees. And fees. And probably more fees they'll find to start charging in the future. I used to LOVE living here until the management change last year.
