February 3, 2018This is not a luxury apartment. The appliances are old like they spray paint the rust on them. The cabinets are made out of particle wood and are also old so they are falling apart. They pain the countertops to make it look like granite. The toilets are also old. It basically a very old apartment complex that has not been kept.Review from Apartments.com
Finally a Safe, Comfortable Place that I can truly call Home
August 9, 2015I am so happy and so lucky to have found The Grand Isles. It is a clean, quiet, and safe community complex with reasonable rental prices. It has a big resort style pool and a small gym that has upgraded equipment. The staff and residents take pride in the upkeep of the buildings and grounds. Maintenance is always driving around, looking for potential issues and ways to improve the quality of the area. The apartments are well kept on the outside and inside too with new paint and carpet. My unit ...has tile in the foyer, kitchen, and bathroom. There is plenty of storage space and room to move around including a huge walk-in closet. Other upgrades include an ice maker, full size washer/dryer, and a ceramic bath tub. It may not seem like a lot to some but it is like winning the lottery for me. We all need a place to come unwind and feel like we belong. The Grand Isles gives me that peace and comfort of my own home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
