Don’t move in here
September 22, 2020There are endless bad reviews for this place and they are all true. Don’t be influenced by how close it is to campus and the price because they aren’t worth it. I’m currently living at Sakara and the WiFi didn’t work for almost a whole month, roaches everywhere, place was filthy at move in, the pool water was green for weeks, the laundry room has a bunch of machines that don’t work but still charge you too much money for each wash, and the list goes on.Property Manager Responded

Stay Away
March 26, 2020I had the worst living experience here, and I'm not someone who is picky. I didn't listen to the bad reviews and got completely screwed over- I had to leave in the middle of my lease due to safety issues with the complex and the roommate they put me with. Beware of cockroaches everywhere no matter how much you clean. Drug dealers live in the complex, management never listened to any problems - there's not enough room to explain everything. If you're lucky you will get a good unit but i couldn't ...stay in mine upon move in because it was not livable- there was black mold in the bathrooms- they never did anything about it. Just stay away- this place should be condemed.Property Manager Responded

Engagement to public safety
September 11, 2019This place should be listed as a public health and safety concern. For months now they have shown negligence for water damage, legitimate black mold, leaving dangerous work equipment laying around, lack of documentation for work orders and failure to maintain a habitable living environment.Property Manager Responded
