Horrible living conditions

New owners, the outside looks deserted with potholes and dead trees, its filthy, the pictures on here are from 15 yrs ago, looks nothing like it, the place is run down and new owners have no interest in keeping property clean and updated. It's a nitemare!

Very nice senior community with lots of features that will work well for my Mom and her little dog. I liked that there were lots of options and she can age in place. The community is older but feels safe and is really affordable. My Mom has enjoyed Virginia the manager and she always goes out of her way to help.

The Groves is a choice place to live and I highly recommend it. There is a beautiful pool and comfortable, cozy lounge with nice neighbors – it makes you feel right at home. There are shopping centers closeby and pets are allowed, which is definitely a plus for me! Come check it out, you will not be disappointed.
