Possible Mold

For the last six months I have lived in possible mold. I contacted management via email along with pictures. They sent someone to inspect and that person said it was not mold however the “ stuff” continued to come back and grow on my personal items. I always contacted management ( with pictures) nothing was done. They told me they did everything recommended to fix issue however the stuff kept coming back and growing. out on February 19th 2021. I did purchase a mold home kit to see exactly what I was living in. They don’t care about their residents. They don’t answer the phone. The breezeways are dirty and nasty, random animals are allowed to roam the property, and trash will overflow for days along with furniture sitting for weeks to be disposed of. You pay entirely too much to have to deal with the issues I dealt with. The lack of concern for residents however you want my money is an issue for me. I don’t want anyone to experience what I have experienced. Don’t rent from them! Poor customer service, maintenance, and lack of concern of residents is a issue at The Hamilton.
