  • Don’t move here

    Please stay away, ever since the new management has taken over they have completely given up on this place, trash everywhere rats running along outside the apartments, no communication between management and tenants. Pool and laundry room completely dirty, trash seems like it’s never picked up, both parking garages have issues with a broken gate and flooding in the underground garage. Hot water never works. It’s cheap rent for a reason.

    Positive, large units. Negatives, located on a stroll . Defending you property from thieves will be a part time responsibility. Water is off due to leaks often and regularly Trash often over flows Large Roaches... Regular rent raises no updates to units A list of other red flags..

    For years now, there's been a hot water issue, and the boiler was replaced, although there are still times there is no hot water. So the problem still exists. When the new company took over in mid/end of November, there has been a lack of communication to tenants. There was a temp manager here for approximately 2 months, 3 day eviction notice(s) were turned in and they had been paid already. No pool maintenance or housekeeping (cleaning grounds, laundry room, making sure garbage was handled, ...
    etc...), and garbage bins were not done, or in a timely manner. The pool was GREEN and had attracted toads, and all sorts of bugs. Rent issues are still occurring, and billing us all now for water/sewer, and other utilities from the time they took over with no notice or any communication from anyone in the company. Very unprofessional company and staff. I do NOT recommend even looking at this place to live.

    DJA used to manage this place and didn't clean or do anything to the upkeep of it. The pool was gross & overall messy. Since Trion took over, their manager Ana has helped a lot to get this place back up. The pool, security, the trash & parking has all been managed. Some tenants and their kids are rude & dirty so they point fingers at the manager but she isn't the one who's making the mess, it's the tenants who live here.     Long story short management and company changed since then the apartment has gone down tremendously. Roaches are everywhere, inside units and crawling at night around the complex. Dumpsters are always overfilled. If this place kept up the cleanliness and got rid of the roaches it would have a lot of potential for a great apartment complex.

    This apartment complex is very overpopulated, the property management company isn’t on top of any of the complaints that come to them regarding the property or occupants. They have changed property management companies multiple times within the last few years.. regardless of who they go with they don’t ever seem to really keep up with the property or do anything to improve the quality of life in this complex either. These apartments tend to get a lot of unsavory characters and what not as well, ...
    due to this it negatively impacts the safety, cleanliness and security of the neighborhood around the apartments. Living here is a headache and living around this complex is a headache.     I had written a review earlier. I had a hard time finding a nice 1 bedroom that was pet friendly. Fairway Commons had just the perfect 1 bedroom apartment available, and pet friendly ?. The property is very clean and we'll maintained. Manager is very friendly and professional. The tenants I've met are so nice and respectful. I plan on remaining here for a long time.
