December 7, 2024This apartment complex is hands down the worst property I had ever lived in. If you like randomly changing lease agreements, people invading your home 15 times a year, ugly property management, horrible pet areas, rooms with the landlord special, and random utility fees that were not verbally disclosed, then you will love living here!Review from Apartments.com

I love it here so far

April 15, 2024I’ve lived here for three years now and I have no big complaints. The inside of the apartment is very nice and lives up to its description. I didn’t think I’d care about the valet trash service, but being on the top floor, it has come in handy. Having double pane windows helps keep it quiet as well as keep the heat out during the summer months. The air conditioner works great! The location is conveniently near shops, restaurants, parks, and freeway access. I would recommend checking Alta NV out.Property Manager Responded
