Newer building but everything falling apart
December 12, 2025Hot tub out of service 6+ months, dirty grounds, security doors don't open half the time, improper & erroneous billing constantly, smoking throughout property, most "amenities" always have some kind of fault and no one will care to correct them. Worst complex I have lived at since new management came in.
June 21, 2025I’ve lived in this complex for 3 years with zero issues—until the new management took over. Out of nowhere, my car was towed, and the towing company is now demanding a fee just shy of $700, claiming I was “storing” the vehicle. I’ve always parked where I live, and I never received any kind of notice or warning. That’s completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, just two months ago, there was an accidental shooting in my building that, according to reports, sent a bullet through an apartment ...wall and tragically killed someone. I understand that tragedies can happen anywhere, but between serious safety concerns and now being financially penalized for parking at my own residence, this place has gone downhill fast. The new management has shown a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for long-term residents. If this is the new standard, I will not be renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded

Do not live here
December 7, 2024This apartment complex is hands down the worst property I had ever lived in. If you like randomly changing lease agreements, people invading your home 15 times a year, ugly property management, horrible pet areas, rooms with the landlord special, and random utility fees that were not verbally disclosed, then you will love living here!Review from Apartments.com

I love it here so far

April 15, 2024I’ve lived here for three years now and I have no big complaints. The inside of the apartment is very nice and lives up to its description. I didn’t think I’d care about the valet trash service, but being on the top floor, it has come in handy. Having double pane windows helps keep it quiet as well as keep the heat out during the summer months. The air conditioner works great!
