    The worst communication not worth the rate of the apartment. If you are ok with fixing things that break yourself then this is the place for you.

    The management staff is wonderful -- they are so fast and extremely competent with repairs, excellent at communicating, go above and beyond to meet any requests. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family for the experience of working with the staff alone, but it's also a great location with solid amenities.

    I moved to Lakes in Jan 2022, the management team was very helpful and supportive right from the start. Each and every issue once I entered the house was immediately resolved.     Management has changed 3 times this year. This property is a lemon. Extreme water damage, termites, and rats. New company is trying to make the best of it but can't seem to keep up with requests or keep employees.

    I like the quiet but management leaves slot to be desired. If they recognize your name on the caller ID they dont answer they just click a button to keep the line ringing on your end. They dont fix things.

    Do not rent from these people. I walk to my door at night in darkness because they cant be bothered to change a light bulb in the entryway outside my apartment. Then I sit in 80° heat at NIGHT because they wont fix my A/C because youre on the third floor, it just gets hot it took months to get the stuff fixed that actually got fixed (power outlets, Washing machine, sliding door)
