Violating their own leases
June 1, 2022Property is listed as non-smoking but they let clearly let their tenants smoke. Filed a complaint and nothing was done - a violation of their own lease that states an investigation and action will be taken. Also, awful customer-facing administration. Unethical
May 4, 2022Very shady. I signed a five month lease due to renovations being done on my house. My house was made livable way earlier than anticipated. I spent just shy of two months in the apartment total. Upon move out, I took pictures and video as usual with any move out. I called to let them know I had moved out and left the keys on the counter. I was told that they had already walked the apartment and everything was in order. Less than a week later I received a bill for carpet cleaning and broken blinds ...in excess of the $500 deposit they retained. Not once did I ever even use the blinds and the pictures they took were in no way, shape or form how the apartment was left. I called to ask about it and they sent pictures of severely broken blinds and old pictures or pictures of another apartment. They sent additional pictures which thankfully, contradicted the first pictures. Most notably was that there were no vacuum marks on the carpet in the pictures they sent versus the pictures I took. They also inadvertently showed the same set of blinds broken in one picture and not broken in another, a clear sign of deception. As a disabled Veteran, integrity is something I hold on high regard and this place, clearly has none. Hopefully this makes it to court so that I can show the pictures and videos and have the deceptive practices put on record.Property Manager Responded

May 27, 2021No parking for residents especially after 7pm Management doesn't care. They are quick to penalize but slow to act when you need something from them. Infact they take you in circles " let me ask the manager and I'll call back which never happens" The 1 star I gave is for maintenance crew, they are good they just lack support from ManagementReview from Apartments.com
