This is an excellent community to live in. Many of the residents attend EMIC and KCBC. Everyone is friendly and I love the community events! The staff - office and maintenance - are excellent and I have no problems whatsoever with them.

The staff here are very friendly and the maintenance team is responsive. The gym leaves a lot to be desired and has often has some of its few machines in disrepair. Access to the dock/lake is cool and nice place to fish. The unit is cozy, but has had a few maintenance issues.

The office staff and maintenance staff are some of the best people around. The office staff are extremely helpful and patient no matter the situation. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to issues and try their best to fix things in a timely manner. Most of the community amenities are great, and what things aren't great, they work to improve them. We love having access to on-site boat storage and lake access. It makes lake season easy and stress-free.
