January 27, 2025The staff here are very friendly and the maintenance team is responsive. The gym leaves a lot to be desired and has often has some of its few machines in disrepair. Access to the dock/lake is cool and nice place to fish. The unit is cozy, but has had a few maintenance issues.Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2025The office staff and maintenance staff are some of the best people around. The office staff are extremely helpful and patient no matter the situation. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to issues and try their best to fix things in a timely manner. Most of the community amenities are great, and what things aren't great, they work to improve them. We love having access to on-site boat storage and lake access. Whenever I've had maintenance issues, they’ve been incredibly responsive, addressing problems quickly and efficiently, which has made a huge difference in my overall comfort. The complex itself is peaceful and quiet, creating a great environment for relaxation and privacy. I’ve really enjoyed the various amenities ...offered. It’s clear that the management takes pride in keeping the community clean and well-maintained.
