December 17, 2022Things don't get fix right, my apartment wasn't even ready to move into but they gave me keys to move in.. the guys were still tearing out the old carpet and flooring.. the heater didn't work for a week before someone came to fix while it was cold all that week.. not to mention the kitchen the fridge is missing the door shelves and the stove can't be used cause the drip pans and knobs are missing, the dishwasher doesn't work..it doesn't drain and leaks all over the place.. the front door shows ...signs of being kicked in and they won't replace it leaving the dead bolt exposed.. the plumbing in the master bathroom needs to be addressed toilet and shower... the list is long.. you would probably be better off calling a handyman and taking it off the rent if you want it fix in a timely manner...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not a bad place to live.
October 25, 2020I have lived at Lewiston apartments for a little over a year now. If you're looking for an apartment complex that is clean and bug-free I recommend Lewiston apartments. Their maintenance crew picks up trash on a regular basis as well as the apartment complex regular performed outside maintenance. They, try to keep the place neat and nice looking. The, lawn Care service that they use, grant you my not know much about how to take care of the lawn. Like they cut the grass too short ...until it turns to dirt and the shrubs down two stubs until it dies. But, they do keep clutter like leaves and debris blow off the parking lot regularly. If you have a inside maintenance problem they promptly will check it out. They, might not always fix it instantly. There maintenance crew do work with you to get it fixed with in a reasonable amount of time for the most part though. If, there maintenance crew can't solve the problem. The apartment complex, will not hesitate to get an outside source company in to work on your apartment. I regularly see out side source companies, like air conditioning and plumbing and even the bug people out here on a regular basis to work on peoples apartments. Not just come out one day a month, or once a year. To service some apartments. like some apartments do. It's clear that they do take care of this place. Unlike other apartments that never call an outside source company to fill in where there maintenance people can not handle a problem. Their prices are reasonable and the apartments are large. There staff have worked hard to try to solve your apartment needs and problems during this trying times. They're not perfect. No apartment is. They, are willing to work with you and to help you though. I feel comfortable taking walks around the apartment complex, for exercise. I have seen regular security drive through to keep an eye on the place.. No security is perfect. They, can not be everywhere all the time. The occasional domestic squabble, car break-in and unsavory person still happens here. Overall it's not a bad place to live. I have seen worse.Property Manager Responded

Worst apartments EVER!!!
June 10, 2016These are the worst apartments in Tulsa! They don't care about any of the tenants, they come up with new rules all the time and make you pay fines. Capital assets should have NEVER sold the apartments. The new girl are always losing files, they even lost my rent check! If you put in a work order they never come, or come and don't do anything. The new owners are complete bimbos. Peoples cars get broken into and they don't do anything. Security hardly ever comes around AND they took away parking ...passes and laundry room keys which makes it very unsafe. Please trust me, DONT MOVE HERERead MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 14, 2015My roommate and I lived in a beautiful first floor apartment here for 4 months. We requested 4 times for our patio gate to be fixed and we were told that a part had to be order to fix it. Due to it not being fixed our apartment was robbed. The theives smashed in the window and took items totaling over $2,000. When I called our manager she nonchalantly said she would send maintenance out, never showing concern for our safety, or calling security which she raved about having on site 24/7. August 21, 2015My Apartment is the best from all the rest. It is nice and big. The bedroom size is bigger than a bedroom in a house. Big bathroom, huge closet. The complex is big, but it is very quiet. The people that work for the apartment are very good. They do their best to keep things running smoothly.
