    The Locks Tower is an outstanding place to live in downtown Richmond. The location couldn’t be better — right by the Canal Walk with beautiful river views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and the James River trails. Extremely convenient if you work anywhere downtown. The apartments are modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light.     Pros: Lovely rooftop views and a pool , new grills and deco makes the rooftop great for entertaining, unit is modern, large island with large windows, and walk in closet and right near the James river, canal and walking trails. Cons: fire alarm goes off falsely frequently

    I've had a great experience living here! It’s a wonderful community with beautiful views, excellent amenities, and a comfortable, stylish environment. The management team is awesome as well- super sweet, responsive, and helpful! The location is also super convenient—close to everything downtown and just a short drive to most places around RVA. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great amenities in the downtown area!

    I have never lived in an apartment where serious maintenance problems were completely ignored despite repeated requests to have them addressed. The problem has been ongoing for over one month and remains unresolved and at present is not even being acknowledged or addressed by maintenance.
