RPM is a joke
September 11, 2024This building has extensive water damage in the bathrooms. The drywall around my shower head crumbled apart when I attempted to scrub the mildew off it upon moving in. Management does nothing to address the leaking pipes or any of the other major issues. The security and fire alarms are faulty and go off randomly. At one point they went off about 18 times over the course of 48 hours and the Fire Department eventually just stopped coming because they couldn’t get a hold of anyone to fix the ...issue. It’s a shame because this building has a lot of charm but RPM will run it into the ground because they refuse to do their jobs. By far the worst property management I have ever dealt with.
