Management Is Terrible
May 6, 2025Beware of management. Upon moving out an extra months rent was taken out of my account. I have been trying to contact them for 6 weeks to get my money refunded and I still don't have the money or an answer as to when it will be refunded. It also took them 4 weeks to return the security deposit to my roommate and I even though it is required to be refunded earlier than that in New York State.Review from Apartments.com

Nice but Not the Best Value for your Money
February 1, 2021Other than the fitness center there are no other onsite amenities to justify the increasing rent each year and the rent is much higher than the newer apartments coming to downtown. The only plus side to this building is the off street parking but even then property management relies on a third party vendor for just plowing in the wintertime. No help is given to residents from on-site maintenance in regards to parking lot snow removal and it seems like the snow removal vendor is more concerned ...with clearing the way for the office staff and the lawyer's office in the same building than the actual parking lot and residents. Don't count on the lot being plowed when you need to go to work in the morning as they usually come much later. The property manager is very nice but the office hours that are kept are inconvenient for most people who work daytime hours. ***WARNING... the walls are SUPER thin and you will be able to hear your neighbors TV and some of their conversations. There are quiet hours in the building but that does not account for your neighbors surround sound that shakes the walls.***Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
