On the surface it’s nice. Living here, not so great
February 9, 2025I would leave a 0 star but it won't let me. I have lived here for about a year. 6 months the master bed room has had the fan not working. the elevator has been down for 4 months. Every time the come to "fix" something it's a bandaid resolution. spent a month without a functional shower in the master. they came to fix the fan again, and the day after the circuit blew in the breaker and now there is no power at all in the master. 0/5 do not recommend. the staff are incompetent and unable to help.Review from Apartments.com
Stay far away
February 3, 2025The living conditions are horrible. Trash overflowing in the halls. German Roaches. Elevators are out of order. Pool is closed during major holidays or summer months for repairs. AC has constant issues, never works. Gate arms never work. Non stop barking dogs at all hours.Review from Apartments.com
This is a very bad place to live.
December 26, 2022Firstly, it is expensive. Secondly, they cannot maintain their facilities properly. Thirdly, they allow pets, but are unable to enforce rules regarding them. Fourthly, I have seen the police come to this apartment at least once during my time here, and see a couple fighting behind the apartment at least once. Love it!
July 12, 2021Current: I've lived here a year now just renewed my lease. Definitely worth 5 stars. See Nicole in the leasing office, she is professional and friendly. Even after you move in Nicole or any of the staff is just as friendly after you've been here as the day you came exploring so it's not a front. Maintenance is on top of things Marcus and Richard always do a great job get things fixed even clean up if there is any kind of mess. If you happen to pass by any staff member on property they are ...always friendly. Even my neighbors which I rarely see. My review from 2020: I recently moved here and I have to say from my initial contact it has been amazing. The application process was easy everything was done online or through email. Once I moved in any issues I came across were fixed quickly. The staff is wonderful! They are quick to respond, professional, and ALWAYS make you feel welcomed even after you've moved in. I highly recommend The Lofts at Savannah Park. The apartments are clean, appliances like new, high ceilings, large windows, beautiful cabinetry throughout with granite counters. There's No Place Like Home
May 20, 2020I moved here for the aesthetic beauty of the place, which I still love three years later! But I've stayed here because of the great staff and management team. They truly make my temporary living situation morph to my "home." From the immaculate way the property is kept to the warm and friendly way they greet you when they see you on site, the staff exceeds all expectations you would have of an "apartment" community. I use quotes on apartment because I feel the Lofts at Savannah Park has a much ...more elevated status than that. It's truly luxury living. I walk to Urban Öm yoga studio and the coffee shop too. Not for Me
June 17, 2016This place is ok but for the rent charged you could find better amenities like garages, screened outdoor spaces, nicer views, larger and quieter units, bigger closets and less intrusions from management for things like an "inspection program" which is to check on residents and look for leaks which they've been having. The units themselves look nice, maintenance is great but if you are going to spend the money, go elsewhere nearby where you will get a lot more and be happier.
