Beautiful Building and Great Pet Neighbors

Jake and I moved in over the winter and come spring they installed new K9 turf in their dog park. Jake went berserk and can't wait to bolt down to the park and stretch his legs. Management is quick to respond to any requests we have and I could not feel more at home.

Having been a resident for several months, I can say the building and management are superior to anyplace I have lived previous. The other tenants are all like-minded, family oriented folks and the place is meticulously maintained. I have had the pleasure of meeting the Owner on more than one occasion and he is a true gentleman and welcomes feedback from all his residents.

Walls are thin! Infested with mice, Management is awful. Garbage shoot is ALWAYS broken, Dog run is disgusting. The neighborhood is not safe at all. You can not get any service in the basement The front door does not always lock and local bums are often waiting outside the doors or in the entrance. Do not expect your security deposit back..they make up charges and take money from your deposit!
