LOVE LIVING AT THE LUCY

Everything about the Lucy is great! I have been here for over a year, overjoyed to resign my lease. The leasing office is so helpful and maintenance is so responsive. I literally have no complaints about this place. I’m not an apartment person, but it feels more like a condo to me. I moved here from the South so didn’t know much and heavily had to rely on reviews, so I promise you won’t regret your decision to live here!

Absolutely love The Lucy! The location is great and being within walking distance from so many places is such a bonus. The views of the foothills are amazing from my apartment! The management is very kind and responsive to any needs. The only downfall would be the cost of parking, but overall love it and so grateful to call it home right now! Lauren N

I have been living at the Lucy for almost a year and I have loved every minute of it. The staff is very welcoming and the residents are all friendly. I like that the Lucy offers resident events that allows us to do fun activities with our fellow residents. Also, we cant forget that The Lucy offers a free coffee bar down stairs TOTAL LIFE SAVER as a graduate student.

We love living here. Not only is there on site management and maintenance, but they are incredible. Truly a breath of fresh air if you have worked with other property management. The staff are responsive, competent, and kind. The tenant portal is also the best we have ever used. Maintenance requests and payments are simple to submit and there are no transaction fees if you pay from a bank account. You cannot beat the service and amenities. Overall a wonderful place!

Love love LOVE the staff here, very understanding and kind to us (thankfully because we’re 19 and adulting has been hard) such a great location, and for the price I would say it’s pretty worth it! (We have the studio) only issue is that parking is $150 per month through them, quite a bit pricey if you ask me but I get it. There’s plenty of cheaper parking options around so it’s not a big deal. Overall love this place and the people here!
