Deposit is never returned
June 27, 2024My roommate and I moved out of The Madelon one year ago. We still have not received our security deposit back, even after countless requests to The Madelon team, whom we have not heard from in months. They made my move in so seamless despite having technical difficulties on their end. The building itself is gorgeous and the area is such a delightful pocket of people, restaurants, and small businesses.
