The Madelon is beautiful and sophisticated. The neighborhood manages to be both quiet and livable and yet lively and fun. There are many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby.

The Madelon is a terrific apartment. Very reasonable apartment in a location close to everything. Really enjoy the amenities and features in my home. It gets very hot in the mission, so be aware they don’t have AC. Otherwise, I’m loving my experience thus far.

Deposit is never returned

My roommate and I moved out of The Madelon one year ago. We still have not received our security deposit back, even after countless requests to The Madelon team, whom we have not heard from in months. This is the most disappointed I've ever been with an apartment management team. I would not recommend living at The Madelon.

The leasing office at the Madelon is unparalleled. Claudia, Corey, and all of the building staff are so responsive and efficient. They made my move in so seamless despite having technical difficulties on their end. The building itself is gorgeous and the area is such a delightful pocket of people, restaurants, and small businesses. I’ve lived in many apartments but this is hands down my favorite home I’ve ever lived in.

The Madelon is a new community, so all our neighbors are new to us and us to them. The staff here work hard to make everyone feel welcome and connected in this difficult time. Theres a ton of outdoor space including a rooftop and courtyard where Ive been able to meet and chat with my neighbors in a safe way.
