January 26, 2025I lived @ the Manhattan for 4 years and it was the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. From day one, anything that could go wrong did. Walkability is absolutely terrific for all ages - tree lined parks along the River, restaurants of all kinds, watch party options, pubs and breweries, and rail transportation. May 3, 2021I love living in the Manhattan and I love the unit we have been able to rent for the price we are paying! My biggest issue has been that our apartment didnt seem like it had a lot of maintenance done when we moved in- we have been put in multiple repair service orders to fix our lock, to unclog our bath drain, to fix the doorstoppers back on the walls, to grease our hard-to-slide patio door, to unclog our dishwasher, to fix two loose cabinet doors, and to change the outlet jack so it would be ...accessible with our cable. We had to a LOT of maintenance requests and its disappointing it wasnt addressed beforehand. Additionally we didnt like not having a light fixture in our bedroom.
