Building needs work
August 1, 2023The property manager and the super aren’t on the same page unfortunately and you get different information depending on who you talk to. In the winter our heater stopped working more than 3 times and there’s no ac. There is an elevator and a (tight) garage in the building, however the elevator permit is expired and my car has been broken into while parked in the garage. But welcome to Oakland.Review from Apartments.com
