July 3, 2016Too much money. For $ I found this place overpriced! NO elevator I found the apartment has poor air always hot with the air running . black mold grows if you leave bread out in a week. Noisy appliances I have been sick the entire time since moving in a year now Wish the pool was private not so close to the entrance and wished tje empty stores had been all filled by now for convince on social reasons and foodReview from Apartments.com

December 19, 2015Altis at Highland Park is an awesome place to live! The amenities are amazing, something for everyone. The grounds and facilities are impeccably maintained. The location is convenient to everything, shopping, the airport, and beaches. I like that they offer a 3 bedroom unit all on one floor with a private garage entrance. The units are modern and have so much storage. The staff at Highland park is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Danica, the Assistant Property Director, and ...Samantha,the Resident Representative that assisted me with the entire process were extremely helpful. My move in was seamless, and any maintenance requests, or questions are handled expeditiously. Samantha has been my main contact from the beginning and is very professional and pleasant to work with, and continues to be after moving in.
