I really enjoy the quietness of the building and the security.. I have never had a package stolen or opened or vandalized.. maintenance is reliable, respectful and efficient , office personnel is also professional and efficient.. my experience has overall been satisfactory so far at The Max

This building is quiet, doesn't feel crowded, and has a lot of classic charm. The apartments themselves are very clean and the maintenance team is really responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. And the location in Hyde Park is great.
