Very poor 1st impression
March 30, 2023After 3 days of calling consistently and following up to get a basic application and still NOTHING. Red Flag and unprofessional... time to look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
Unprofessional!
December 12, 2018Extremely Unprofessional ! Many issues with these apartments. Pest controls is terrible. Roaches are everywhere, outside and inside and management doesn't care. Gates are broken and they never even try fixing them. There are always bums digging through garbages and weird random people entering the apartments. No security and no safety. Management is very sketchy. The son of the previous manager was involved in a shoot right outside of their door. If you don't believe me, check the website of ...the mirage apartments. The most interesting thing is, when leaving the apartments, no matter how nice and clean you leave it, they will still strip your whole security deposit away from you. They are constantly involved in law-suites because of that. Can't understand how city still allows them to operate. Very sad and disappointing. May 23, 2018Terrible apartments! Very unprofessional! Roaches everywhere, Gates are broken and never fixed. They steal your deposit at the end of your move out even if you clean the place spotless. Definitely stay away from these apartments!Review from Apartments.com

April 3, 2016Cheap for the nice area but very shabby on the outside needs to be kept up stairways wobble holes in entryway outside my unit management has not fixed put in request months ago I'm on 14 month lease so I'm stuck the inside is nice but during summer pests invade and management doesn't do much I love the area if I could afford to move I would the complex is not kept up well it looks shabby broken gate for months no access to fitness center for two years keep getting excuse about keys being made ...The complex itself does not fit in the beautiful fig garden area!!! Nice and cozy
August 18, 2015Well living and nice here. A little costy but I like it here. I would love to keep loving here but my part time job check won't pay for it all.
