Well located - Well built - Well managed...in a safe and attractive environment. Maddie, the Manager, is superb. The studio apartment was beautifully designed and well-equipped. The Truckee River provides a vibrant setting and the Riverwalk is exceptional. I highly recommend.

The mod is great. It's in the best part of Reno right by the Riverfront and really close to all the cool coffee shops and restaurants in Reno. They have a nice parking garage inside the building so I feel like my car is safe. It's a great way to meet other young people moving to Reno and have a community when you first move here!

The Mod is one of the most beautiful buildings in Reno. Newly constructed, it is the ideal place for those looking to stay in a trendy part of town in style. Wonderful new apartment option

Fabulous location right on the Truckee River... recently renovated dreary motel now a hip, fun, totaly secure apartment complex with unique, fun decor, roofless inner courtyard, w/d in every unit, parking, storage...coffee shop, restarants, downtown all nearby. On site manager.
