Great place to live

The Place to Live

Terrible Management
January 30, 2021This beautiful building sold to Prime management recently and has gone down hill since then. "Security" front door is often left open/unlocked, all outside furniture was removed for COVID so people are stuck in their apartments with no where to sit outside. Repair requests now need to go through a "ticket" system and are not taken care of quickly. Light bulbs are out. You can't talk to anyone from Prime (no way to contact them). Bad. Bad. Bad. With all the great apartments in the area, stay away ...from Montecito!Property Manager Responded
