I love my apartment, but it stinks!!!
August 5, 2015I love where I live, but it stinks - why? When I moved in, I spent $$$ to clean it when I moved into it. The rent was raised the first year I was there and the rep from the agency asked if she could photograph it for marketing purposes. NO. Then she asked me if I was moving - NO. Yet the rent went up. I am still paying $$ to fix this or that because it is a time waster to call the rental company for their maintenance guy to come out at 8 pm at night to fix things. I could move, but I do ...like where I am at. If you are planning to move to the Oakland / SF Area - be aware that the rents are UBER high and you do get what you pay for with no satisfaction!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
