As good as it gets!
January 3, 2024First off, I rarely every few blue moons give a review about anything and don't even get me started about taking surveys. But, it looks like it's time for an update by the looks of the previous reviews. Anyway, I just moved here a few days ago. So far, I have to say that every is just the opposite of the other reviews. The manager is nice and the neighbors are quiet. There are no bugs, the laundry room is accessible 24/7, and you can park in the shopping center across the street if needed. I ...haven't seen any homeless people in the complex and the grounds around the dumpster are clean. There's no pool, but oh yeah, we have a WHOLE OCEAN in our back yard! Look elsewhere unless you like roaches and mosquitoes
October 12, 2022Cons: - Roaches & mosquitoes won’t go away even after trying everything - Outdated, they only remodel if someone moves out which is rare because of the dirt cheap price, you get what you pay for - Only 1 parking spot so neighbors always park behind you sometimes blocking your way in/out - No pool - Barking dogs - Homeless digging through trash at all hours - Can’t have window open at night due to hearing sounds of cars, loud neighbors, and planes - Paper thin walls - Shady characters always ...around - Tiny laundry room Pros: - Landscaping is well maintained by manager - Next to Vons and lots of shopping areas Only move here if you have absolutely nowhere else to go, but this should be your last resort if you have no other choice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad parking, roaches and homeless people
October 7, 2022There is only one parking spot assigned to each apartment unit, lots of roaches, flies and mice in my home for many years and homeless people always digging in the trash day and night… for the price of this place I would never even think of renting it out…Review from Apartments.com
