Love the neighborhood

Palladian at Promenade is a great neighborhood with large townhomes with garages. It's nice to have a drive way, screened in patio, vaulted ceilings, and amazing neighbors. It's the perfect place to call home. Kelly and Patrick are very helpful and always available. I enjoy the resident events and time spent getting to meet new neighbors. It is next to all the dining and shopping so I don't have to go far for anything.

I love my new 2 bedroom apartment. The property is new and so pretty. The manager and maintenance staff respond quickly to my requests. They go above and beyond to help with anything and everything. False Promises

I recently contacted this property in regards to availability to move in in August and I was told there was one property available. I set up an appointment to come in a see the place asap and when I got there the office was closed and no one was around. I called and no one answered. I do not know how your company does business, but this is unacceptable! I called the next day and was told the apartment was leased, after telling me it was available and setting up and appointment for me to drive ...

there and wait and your office was closed?! This is extremely unprofessional and I don't know why you would waste someone's time and money to come out there and make false promises. I hope you can hire better staff that do no lie and make sure they do not have prospecting clients show up and there is not one person around to help them. They should never have scheduled an appointment for me to come out.
