So I'm just thinking which is dangerous for me----- This is my sixth year living at the Palms Apartments. I can't say enough about the maintenance people. Someone is always on duty 24 hours a day. They are kind and know how to troubleshoot or how to fix it. The grounds are kept nice there is a pool and a dog area for dogs to run around. Your close to the interstate about half a mile. I'm moving back home in June and I am going to miss each and every person here. Just some ...

I live in a three bedroom apartment with 1.5 bath. Pros are it's spacious with recently remoldeled kitchen( new cabinets, counter tops and new appliances), these are pet friendly apartments, quiet neighborhood, has decal controlled parking, does have laundry room in each building, has pool and small playground. Cons are no walk in closets, old windows in some apartments, and no washer and dryer hookup inside apartment although you can rent a stackable washer/dryer (washer has to be connected to ...

WE HAVE A GREAT LOCATION THAT IS CONVENIENT FOR MANY DINING AND SHOPPING OPTIONS. THE OFFICE STAFF IS BEYOND WONDERFUL AND THERE ARE ALWAYS ACTIVITIES BEING PLANNED FOR THE RESIDENTS. THERE IS A REALLY NICE POOL THAT COMES IN HANDY FOR THESE HOT SUMMER DAYS. MAINTENANCE REQUESTS ARE ALWAYS HANDLED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I LOVE IT HERE!!
