September 14, 2015Located in the center of Hollywood, this apartment is about 10 minutes away from just about everything. The building is fairly clean with one elevator that works...sometimes. They just installed locks on the main entrance, so that's a plus. The 2 sets of washer and dryer units are a little frustrating with a 18 unit apartment and often require setting your alarm early in the morning so you can beat the weekend laundry rush. The unit itself has decent finishes like pergo floors and new paint but ...the bathrooms need some SERIOUS upgrading. The building management is pretty friendly and quick to reply to maintenance requests but their solutions are often temporary, quick fixes so it's ultimately not very helpful.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
