You can never get in contact with who owns the property. Leave voicemails or even emails no response no call back. Maintenance never gets done they dont care how you living they just want your money. Grass is knee high because it hasnt been cut. Mold everywhere inside apartment, air inside apartment going in and out on a day to day basis. Leaking ceiling everywhere. they need to shut this place down. they should send someone to inspect this place.

A one star rating is too much for these apartments. There is trash everywhere and management changes often. This is no place to raise a family, does not have a safe environment. Please check them out throughly and see for yourself. Public police report might be a good place to start!

Since the new management has taken over we have been so pleased with maintenance, the office staff and the lawncare! We are so excited to see all of the changes and have felt so much more comfortable in our home. The office stay is so welcoming, sweet and helpful. They keep us updated on all things going on the property. This apartment complex is thriving since the new management has taken over.

They will have you to sign a lease then add new rules and fees after your lease is signed . They are infested and ran down, there always a firetruck and police out here. Buildings so old they have electrical fires all they time. They take their time to fix anything if you don't stay on top of them they will mark your maintenance request as done when they haven't fixed anything . But they will quickly evict you if you don't pay rent don't move here if you don't have a choice use as stepping stone ...
but I wouldn't recommend it to a dog .

This place is a joke. They want to make you sign a year lease then add things as they go. They make up rules in order to charge you whatever they want. The place is over run with roaches and their idea of an exterminator is to spray the front doorway only. And if you have anything that breaks you deal with it until THE feel like fixing it because apparently a stove and refrigerator isn't a necessity. They keep the entrance looking great but it took 3 months to mow the grass any where else. They ...
raise the rent but don't do anything to improve anything but the front office got a nice new makeover... i wouldn't refer this place to an enemy let alone anyone I like. Been here almost 4 years and since new management had taken over I can't wait to move...

The apartments are great. The management staff are super friendly and helpful at resolving any issues quickly. I've been in my apartment since February and I honestly have to say it is one of the better of places I have looked at and lived in. It is definitely a complex that I would recommend to anyone looking for a place
