  • Think twice!!!!!

    Lately apartment complex is noisy. management is slow to deal with noisy and rude tenants. You can hear dogs barking at all hours of the day & night. Seems no one cleans up after their dog. Police are called out to the complex quite a bit and safety is a concern. When lease is up my family is moving.

  • Management is sketchy, I don't recommend anyone to live here.

    My family member has been renting one of these apartments for almost a year. His work takes him out of town for weeks at a time. Because of this, he often ends up paying late, but always within the 15 day allotment in his contract. This week, he has been out of town and the manager of the complex leaves him a message at 5:30 pm (after all banks are closed) to say if he doesn't have the money in her box before 8am (before any banks are open) on the 13th (2 days before his contract states) she will ...
    call a lawyer to get an eviction notice and make him pay the $600 lawyer fee. While I know she couldn't do any of this because it is not legal, he didn't want to make waves so I had to write a check so it would be in the box by 8am, then he had to go to the bank at 9am to get the money out to give to me and I had to go deposit it. This woman needs to be sued for Harassment in my opinion. Don't even try renting from this place. Rent is too high for what you get and the management is crooked.

  • Great location, OLD building

    Great location as far as convenience. Close to everything, Library, park, walking trail, Restaurants, shopping within walking distance. However also on a main road with lots of traffic and the fire station. The building is old and the plumbing is not so great.Have had issues with the building even though they "remodeled" my apartment. (and raised my rent a few times) Can hear my neighbors walking upstairs and running water when they brush their teeth. But for the location and price it's worth ...

    These apartments are affordable and very clean maintenance is pretty fast pool is lacking in cleaness and attention parking is just so so not to bad , very good location in city close to everything parks , shopping, restaurants . I would recommend theses apartments

    Our apartment is so nice and cozy.we love it. its not so big, but its the right size for us.It's a small cozy two bedroom 11/2 bathroom. Our living room is divide off from our dining area and kitchen. It may be an apartment but it feels like home sweet home to us.
