I would give this place zero stars if I could. The park at via terrossa is unsafe, rundown and inconsistent. I have lived here three years and have had a variety of terrible experiences here. The water shuts off with out warning and occasionally comes out brown. The air conditioning barely works and they refuse to fix it. My power bills are always over 200. There is often homeless people sleeping on the stairwells and under the trees. The maintenance men will come into your apartment without ...
warning. So much of my laundry has been stolen in their laundry building and the cameras don’t even work in the building. The office employees are hostile and unhelpful. There was a raid a few months back, a resident was holding a hostage at gunpoint. The complex has an abundance of drug dealers. I’ve had to call an ambulance for a drug overdose outside the building next to mine. This is not a safe place to live and is dirty, outdated and rundown. Don’t rent here.
