Very Disappointed
November 6, 2019Everything started well but the leasing office have serious problems of communication. My messages never get to the concerned person. We finally decided to rent somewhere else and I never got my deposit back for the apartment application, they sent it by mail to the wrong address and when I called them to figure out a way to solve this they didn't do anything. I am really disappointed of their lack of caring and professionalism.Review from Apartments.com
Judgmental Liars.
July 24, 2015First let me say my family and I were homeless for 5 months prior to moving in The Pines in November 2013. Not from lack of money but lack of available apartments. My husband is disabled and I'm a full time CNA and we have a daughter. So after living in hotels, shelters, and our car we came across this place. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they got us approved and moved in right away. Thank You! Other then that I have nothing nice to say. The staff is terrible and I have ...never felt comfortable here. My family has been harrassed and targeted. I don't have enough time and energy to go into detail about every incident just known that if you decide to move here be on your P's & Q's. Try to always remember you are not important to them, they have 15 families waiting for this apartment. There is no sense of community here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
