I had the best movein experience from the nice staff at The Place at Commerce! My apartment was ready for me and my family to movein when promised. The maintenance made sure that my appliances were working and the cold a/c was on when I moved in. I recommend The Place At Commerce if you want people that care and take care of all Maintenace needs. Thanks to Ashely and the rest of the staff!!

DON'T LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU!! the pics are so pretty on the website but you'll be sorely disappointed when you move in. Renovations were half assed and false advertising on hard wood flooring. It's vinyl that is lifted due to poor installation. Don't waste your time or money on this place!!!!!

When I first signed up I asked if they had 6 month leasing and they said no I was tricked into signing a 12 month lease. I gave the apartments a chance since they were renovated inside but come to find out the old buildings have a major ant problem and no matter how much the exterminator comes or how clean you keep your apt. The ant problem is ongoing. The apartments also experiences a lot of water pressure loss coming home to no hot water after a long day is a frequent problem. The a/cs also ...

give out a lot and they take there sweet time fixing things even if it affects up your kids. Extremely dissatisfied with the property and property managers. DO NOT MOVE IN!
