Updates but not high quality
March 13, 2019These apartments got bought out and we they increased our rent but almost $400. They updated part of the apartment(mainly painting over cabinets and new countertops) yet charged the same price as if everything was updated. They didn’t cover holes left over by old towel racks etc. and said we didn’t have to pay for water. Except 5 months into my lease they started charging me for water. Thin walls, lack of guest parking.Review from Apartments.com
