This building is dirty and bug-infested. Their exterminators haven't been able to get the bugs in my apartment under control. Even when it's cool and dry outside, It's also super hot and humid in my unit (like, sweating-while-sitting-down, pretty hard to sleep hot). Also, at least one of the appliances is broken pretty much at all times.

The Presidio Landmark is a one-of-a-kind building in San Francisco, located in a national park adjoining some 1400 acres of forest, historical military buildings, and quiet neighborhoods especially suited to children. The Landmark is well-built and well-maintained, attractive, and at a remove from traffic noise. It was smartly repurposed from its original use as a hospital and has a pleasant community of residents.
