Yes. So far not that great. Love the location but the pest problem is soo gross. Also the foundation of the building is like off so my doors all have small crevices where air, bugs and smells can all come in.

I have lived in The Quarry Alamo Heights community for over 10 years and have loved it. The grounds are beautiful with trees throughout, a rarity nowadays, and outdoor grilling areas, a dog park and space to do your morning walks within a gated community. I’ve experienced many management companies but Greystar has definitely been the most superior. Their staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Maintenance is done quickly when you need them, and very reliable.

Very nice well maintained older apartments. Our 2-2 floorplan is great with nice quartz in kitchen and bathrooms. Management is superb. I would stay forever.

A good location and friendly, competent and attentive staff are the main benefits of living here. The functioning of heating and A/C are outstanding, especially important in this climate. My apartment is always comfortable regardless of outside temps.
Lots of windows make my apartment bright and very open.

It was truly an enjoyable, easy experience choosing the quarry Alamo heights. The management team kept me updated quick and made my process as smooth as possible. Most of all Cyrus made sure to keep in contact with me giving me a great virtual tour of the apartments and amenities. He made sure to help me with every question I had and just constantly kept me updated with the whole process with the upmost professionalism. 100% recommend Cyrus if your wanting things to get done in a fast manner!

Quarry AH is a lovely, quiet place to live at fair price. The amenities are nice and the management staff is very attentive. The location is central and close to all sorts of shopping, restaurants, etc. I’ll probably live here a long time.
