I have never lived in a place this unique/cool! they have high ceilings and hardwoods throughout and 2 balconies! Great location to Downtown where I work. Couldn't be happier! And the price is very reasonable compared to the surrounding apartment buildings.

It's the perfect location if you work in Downtown, Midtown or Old Fourth Ward! I was only 3 blocks away from my office building and really enjoyed walking to and from work everyday. My apartment on the second floor had an incredible view of the skyline from one side and a neat balcony overlooking the quiet little courtyard on the other side. Being a sucker for high ceilings and hardwood floors, I fell in love with my apartment the second I walked in. You would think that a building this old would ...
be falling apart but with granite counter tops, nice appliances, and a gas stove it really feels like new. If I ever move back to Atlanta, I would definitely live at The Ralph again!
