    The Renaissance is a great place to live. Mallory, the manager, is always available if you need anything. The maintenance crew is friendly and responds to requests very quickly! I love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone in the Norman area!

    I loved loving here. The location is in a quiet area, and the staff is great! If you do need maintenance, they are there in a jiffy. If i hadn't have to move out of state, i would still be living there! Highly recommend!!

    I have lived at The Renaissance for a year and a half now and have absolutely zero complaints. The staff has been great and any time I needed anything they were quick to reply and fix any issues. I recommend it to all new co-workers and anyone who is looking for a place to live in Norman.

    We were looking around at houses for the same price and decided that we might as well go by and look at this complex with some free time. But Samantha swept us off our feet. She answered all of our questions very well, she met us at the door with multiple papers and explained them all, and most of all she spoke with so much knowledge about the complex. She even took time out of her day to give us an additional virtual tour over zoom because we wanted a second tour (we toured in person first). She ...

    I moved from Arlington, Tx to Norman for work and did not have time to look in person for an apartment. I looked online and decided to go with Renaissance and it was actually better in person! The complex is clean and quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Communication between staff and residence was always great and anytime I needed maintenance (which was rare) it would be handled ASAP. This complex really take care of their residence. Unfortunately I had to move again for work but if ...

  • terrible management and terrible policy about your packages

    if you can, don't move to here. all the policy from leasing office, only good for the people sitting in the office. they don't think about how people live here. We complain the water heater not working well and we don't even have hot water for 2 people in the evening. don't think about using dishing washing and clothing. We talked to the people in the office, first time we were told we are suppose to have plenty water for shower, dishing washing and clothing. They attempted to repaired twice. no ...
    much changed,so they change the saying and told us that is what we got and , do not do dishing and clothing when we shower. recently they changed the policy about the package. All the packages from USPS, is too big, can't put in your mailbox. you have go to downtown postoffice to take it. Before we move in, they were so nice. Now if you complain, they speak to you like recorder. No sympathy. Now we are so regretted to live here. If i can, I will break the lease and leave. Such horrible place. The groud full of mud. The patio is dirty, even when they clean the room after we move in, they don't even think to clean the patio for you, full of dust and spider web.

    The apartments are well kept and the management is helpful. The negative about these apartments is that there is no laundry facility though you can have it in your apartment for extra rent. Sometimes you may not find parking if you stay out late.
