if you can, don't move to here. all the policy from leasing office, only good for the people sitting in the office. they don't think about how people live here. We complain the water heater not working well and we don't even have hot water for 2 people in the evening. don't think about using dishing washing and clothing. We talked to the people in the office, first time we were told we are suppose to have plenty water for shower, dishing washing and clothing. They attempted to repaired twice. no
...much changed,so they change the saying and told us that is what we got and , do not do dishing and clothing when we shower.
recently they changed the policy about the package. All the packages from USPS, is too big, can't put in your mailbox. you have go to downtown postoffice to take it. Before we move in, they were so nice. Now if you complain, they speak to you like recorder. No sympathy. Now we are so regretted to live here. If i can, I will break the lease and leave. Such horrible place. The groud full of mud. The patio is dirty, even when they clean the room after we move in, they don't even think to clean the patio for you, full of dust and spider web.
