I used to have nothing but good things to say about the Reserve. However, between my recent rate hike and especially management's refusal to replace this hideous carpet changes everything.

The reserves at 4s Ranch is an awesome community. My husband and I have lived in other apartments and moved back here recently because we love the area so much. The staff is always so nice and professional and really treat us as friends. The location is great too because it’s not a busy area, it’s close to shopping but feels secluded.

Move in process takes too long. Several days for screening is not ok. Staff has to be more attentive to paperwork and what they say. All process should take max 2 hours. Common areas has to be well mantained (cleaned).

This apartment has a great location! It’s walking distance from the supermarket, library and nearby parks. The apartment is generally clean and quiet. It’s great to have the opportunity to have my furry kids with me for a steep price. The nearby schools are excellent and it’s not too far from the 15 freeway. This apartment does lack an elevator and rent increases every year. It’s a lot more expensive than the nearby apartments.
