The Reserve is average at best, there are other properties nearby that are better options. Pricing is a bit on the high side compared to other properties in the area and lack many of the benefits most other Mark-Taylor properties offer. Pros: - Great floor plans - Small community - Gas and Charcoal Grills in common areas - Staff is pleasant - Gated Community - 24/7 Pool and Gym Cons: - Over Priced - Appliances are not updated and old - - Maintenance staff is slow - Location, right next to a ...
police department so sirens can be heard often - No onsite security (there is an occasional patrol at night, but no permanent security staff) - Community Members - other residents are rude. (examples: Parking in other people's assigned parking is common, trash cans are often left over allowing that horrible smell to leak out and staff does nothing to fix the issue, honking at late hours due to someone being parked in their spot...and more) I rated this location fair only because the staff is friendly when working with them. Sadly the price of the apartments, maintenance staff and lack of value in what they offer is holding them back.
