BEWARE of move out fees!!!

WARNING! We were charged $700+ after we moved out for a lot of petty things despite us following all the cleaning instructions when we moved out. We appealed and were given zero reconsideration. The building is also not very sound proof and the floor shakes.

If you are looking for a great apartment to call home, please try The Reserve at Greenfield. The apartments are beautiful. The staff is really wonderful , and always willing to help with any questions or requests. You will never find nicer people than the ones that live at the Reserve. Call and make an appointment to tour the Reserve. You will be glad you did.
