HORRIBLE
May 4, 2024Maintenance refuses to fix anything. Ceilings falling. Garbage everywhere. One of the buildings has a sewage issue plus there's dog poop everywhere. Not to mention the roaches. I would not recommend this property to anyone.Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2018I moved in about 4 months ago and I have to say I do not understand why anyone would give a negative review for this place unless they were the problem. Marcy is the manager and she works hard to keep us happy. I feel safe living here. The maintenance man is very nice and he is good at fixing stuff. We live right next to Publix and lots of places to eat. I have an upgraded 3 bedroom apartment. I have lived in many apartments and this is a good place to live. Don’t listen to bad reviews cause I’m ...sure it’s probably the people trying to cause trouble who were evicted. See for yourself. Great place for kids
July 20, 2018I have 2 kids and I actually feel safe letting them play at the playground or walking our dog to the dog park. I am glad I moved here. My apartment has nice new floors and it is really big.Review from Apartments.com
Majorly improved
June 30, 2018Been here 8yrs and the new owners actually care for the residents. Property is nice and clean apartments newly renovated. Landlord is really nice and listens to ur concerns. Thank you for my new apartment!
June 30, 2018Marcy, thank you for my new apartment! You really care about your residence! My new 3 bedroom apartment is awesome! New flooring and everything. I love sitting on my balcony when it cools down at night. You need to get rid of the honey buns in the vending machine though cause I can’t stop eating them! Lol. I would recemmend anyone looking for a good family complex to come stay here. It’s pretth cheap too!Property Manager Responded

I love this place
June 13, 2018Im so glad i moved here, the managers so nice and takes care of every one. The owners rly seem to care about the place and keep improving the place for the tenants. Its usually very quiet, i enjoy the atmosphere and theres a nice community room with a vending maching. I love the location also its a convenient walk over to a publix and lots of good food and stuff.Property Manager Responded

Wow! This place is such a good deal!!!
June 13, 2018I have lived in Fayetteville since I was a kid and I always knew the place behind the Belk was called Georgetown. For many years Georgetown was not a good place but now there is a new Publix instead of a Belk and new owners took over the old Georgetown and turned it in to Willow Ridge.. Willow Ridge is so nice! My 3 bedroom apartment has new flooring and appliances and is so cheap. They are always painting and making the place look nicer. Now they have a dog park for my dog. I'm so glad I ...moved here! So glad I moved here
May 29, 2018The manager takes care of the people who live here. I can always get ahold of her when I need to. They have a nice laundry room with a vending machine and tv. They just put in a dog area so my dog has a place to go that is fenced in. It is also so convenient to go to Publix right nearby. The new Publix store has the best food and bakery. Love my new apartment!
March 13, 2018I moved in a few weeks ago and so far so good. I was a little nervous cause I saw a bad review but I love my apartment. I got a fully upgraded apartment and everything is new. I don’t have any bug issues and pest people come to keep it that way. I even have a washer and dryer in my apartment. There is a police officer that lives here so I feel safe to walk my dog. The new owners are always making the place better. I really like it here! I would recommend living here. Especially for the price. ...The new manager is really nice too.Property Manager Responded

Horrible!
February 3, 2018Teresa is a liar they don't fix anything but will tell you they will, every building is infested with roaches and spiders. They fixed up 2 empty apartments to trick more people into moving there but are neglecting the needs of the tenants they already have the place is just horrible I won't recommend this place even for a last resort being homeless is equivalent to the treatment here. And they claimed they put on new windows and doors but they actually messes up the ventilation to wear now ...everyone's electricity bill is up because they're turning their heat up higher because there is a draft in everyone's house the doors and windows they put in was not put in correctly they get 0 starsProperty Manager Responded
June 16, 2018I'm sorry this resident felt this way about Tresa. This resident may have a personal issue with the complex but the claims in this review are not accurate. Everyone is very happy with the manager that has been there for the past 4 months. The property is NOT infested with anything. New owners took over and had every unit inspected. Regular professional pest management to prevent any issues is there each month. The complex has fixed up every unit that has come open, no one is tricking anyone. The new owners have spent upwards of $700,000 to make improvements to this complex. Lowes installed all new windows and doors, Lowes is a professional company. We have not had one single complaint about the new windows and doors installed... only appreciation! No one has complained about their electric bills changing at all. Please consider the other great reviews we have when reading this review and realize that some tenants are disgruntled for personal reasons. Willow Ridge Apartments
