Okay-ish
April 6, 2025It’s good that it’s close to target, the mall, 2 gas stations and a Wendy’s, but maintenance is also very poor. The pool is very green; hasn’t been cleaned in months. The basketball court has no hoop, and it’s closed + it’s overgrown. The gym is locked most of the time, so you only can go on some days. The landlords also suck, they never respond on time and there’s always so much water issues.Review from Apartments.com

May 22, 2018These apartments are nice but the property kept having water issues, they would always be shutting off the water to work on it like every week. Also they have a major ants problem, I think they were sugar ants but they were all in my closets and bedrooms. When its time to move just a little note that you will not be getting your deposit back. I had the place spotless when leaving and no problems and was told by one of the leasing agents that I will receive my deposit back in 30 days and never got ...it, Naiomi will keep it and mines was 699, I tried contacting her to see why but never got a response or a call back ever, Do Not Move There if I were you, I also had someone coming in my place when I wasn't there because coming home from work there was always a light left on and I didn't know who, what happened to privacy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 11, 2017These apartments and houses are beautiful but they have mold problems if your planning to move here get an air quality test before you do, I had horrible black mold and the more you attacked it the worse it was, when I informed management they said I caused the mold, management was nice until I told them I'd be moving then the manager became very nasty and threatened to sue me if I broke my lease, I would not recommend this place to anyoneReview from Apartments.com
