Didn't realize the demographic would be what it is. Was hoping for a more mixed community. Parking is horrible. The parking spaces are so narrow. They should be ashamed of making them so tight. Half the people don't park in their space correctly. Came out one morning and couldn't get in my truck on my driver's side because some inconsiderate person parked that close to me. Had to climb in on my passenger side. They could have done a better job at sound proofing the units. My apartment is close to ...

the stairs so I can hear when people are walking up or down the stairs as well as any talking going on. I can hear when people are outside passing by my bedroom window talking (I stay in a 1st floor unit). The inside of the units are nice. Bedrooms are a nice size. Don't see myself staying here over a year though.

The Views Are AweSome One side Has the Downtown Norfolk/ Portsmouth SkyLine Views One side just has the Water View. Not much too much to look at but at night Its Gorgeous stars Shining Breeze blowing Water doing what water does.. Might see a few jet skis and speed Boats

I love it.Next to the water .It brings back old memories.The Giant grocery store.I always look for it when passing.Again it's beautiful. Nice love the view.I would spend my time just looking on the water.Never throught this beautiful site would be standing here.Its gorgeous.I love it.I wants to stay here.Love it
