I would rate this property zero stars if possible. Upon moving in, we were unable to occupy the apartment for the first week due to its unacceptable condition, yet we were still charged for that time. The fees are exorbitantly high, and residents are forced to pay for services like Fetch, regardless of whether they use them. The valet trash service is unreliable, often leaving trash scattered around, and is managed by a single person.

is not user-friendly and lacks transparency in water usage. Despite paying for monthly pest control, we encountered multiple cockroaches in the apartment. The move-out process is equally frustrating; even if you vacate the apartment before the end of the month and return the keys, they will charge you for the following month.
I strongly advise against renting from Willow Bridge Properties. They also own Victoria Place and, I believe, the Monaco. Their primary concern appears to be extracting as much money as possible from tenants.
