    I would rate this property zero stars if possible. Upon moving in, we were unable to occupy the apartment for the first week due to its unacceptable condition, yet we were still charged for that time. The fees are exorbitantly high, and residents are forced to pay for services like Fetch, regardless of whether they use them. The valet trash service is unreliable, often leaving trash scattered around, and is managed by a single person. Residents are required to use Conservice for utilities, which ...
    is not user-friendly and lacks transparency in water usage. Despite paying for monthly pest control, we encountered multiple cockroaches in the apartment. The move-out process is equally frustrating; even if you vacate the apartment before the end of the month and return the keys, they will charge you for the following month. I strongly advise against renting from Willow Bridge Properties. They also own Victoria Place and, I believe, the Monaco. Their primary concern appears to be extracting as much money as possible from tenants.

    The community itself is beautiful and well kept. The apartments we toured were all as described and pictured on their website. If you’re a student at UCF you will definitely feel like you’ve walked into a luxury apartment; especially if you’re coming from dorms or student housing. However, we never got to the leasing process because the community manager told us that we had toured too many times and told us we would be barred from touring since we couldn’t decide on one apartment. While I don’t ...
    blame management, their hostility over something as simple as touring scared me off the community. We were touring so many times because we had settled on them and were just trying to find the perfect apartment so you could imagine our surprise. The actual community is gorgeous and i would still recommend them just don’t expect too much friendliness from management.
