January 24, 2023Ok place to live. Neighbors are terrible about parking in their own parking spots. A lot of things aren’t updated (indoor and outdoor). Ex: Raised the rent and been waiting over 3 months for new washers & dryers. Snow removal is terrible - super icy and not safe for the kids or elderly.Review from Apartments.com
Don't waste your time applying.
June 6, 2021They will tell you any reason for your application to be rejected. I asked at the showing since we are first time renters if that was going to be a problem and she said no. Paid the application fee and got rejected 2 times once because my boyfriend didn't have a pay stub even though they said he just needed an offer letter since he just got his job. They seem to be just be taking the application money. No rooms seem to actually be available.Review from Apartments.com
